Class B CDL Operator / Driver

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Class B CDL Drivers to join our team for the travel and operation of our Robotic Maintenance Vehicle. We are creating a call list of CDL drivers for our upcoming travel as the Robotic Crack Sealer hits the roads for operation. As a Class B CDL Driver, you will play a crucial role in supporting the transportation needs of our robotic vehicle, ensuring it reaches its destinations safely and efficiently. You will be trained to operate the Robotic Maintenance Vehicle and expected to operate independently and train others. This is a part-time position that offers flexible hours, allowing you to work around your schedule. If you enjoy travel, operating equipment vehicles, and being at the forefront of technological advancements, this position is perfect for you. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establishing and achieving sales targets

  • Coaching and developing sales team

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers

  • Analyzing sales data and trends

  • Collaborating with other departments

  • Leading and managing the sales team

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies

  • Building and maintaining customer relationships

  • Sales forecasting and planning

  • Developing and managing budgets

Desired Education and Experience

  • Possession of a valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record. 
  • Physical CDL card required. 
  • Excellent driving skills and a thorough understanding of traffic laws and regulations. 
  • Ability to comprehend and follow instructions related to the operation and maintenance of the Robotic Maintenance Vehicle. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues. 
  • Flexibility to work part-time hours that fit into your schedule. 
  • Must be available for occasional overnight travel as required for testing and travel purposes. 
  • Willingness to undergo random drug tests as per company policy. 
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey instructions and interact with team members. 
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
