Shipping and Receiving Clerk / Driver

Pioneer Industrial Systems is a growing company that designs, builds, and supports industrial automation. We are looking to hire a 1st shift (5:30am-1:30pm) Shipping and Receiving Clerk / Driver for our Montpelier, OH fabrication facility.

This position involves palletizing parts for shipment, checking in parts manually and will cross-check with the computer software to ensure accuracy.  Process/print packing slips and make accurate labels for shipping.  Ship out parts based on the buyers preferred shipping system (UPS, Fed-Ex, LTL, etc).

Employee will cross train with the Shipping Receiving Clerk at the Alvordton facility to fill in as needed. This is a very detail-oriented position.

In addition to shipping and receiving responsibilities there will be daily driving responsibilities within a 50-mile radius to deliver and pick up material for the Montpelier fab shop and the Alvordton facility.  The candidate will be driving a 16′ straight truck with air brakes at times.

A DOT Health Card or CDL license would be a plus, but not required.

Desired Education and Experience

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
