General Labor

This position involves using a company vehicle to pick up or deliver parts, maintain the facility, organize materials/supplies, and general housekeeping duties. This position is inside year-round and involves the assembly of custom equipment. Candidates should possess a sense of pride in their work, a willingness to work as part of a team as well as on their own, and the ability to think critically.
We will train a motivated individual.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Pickup and deliver items
- Clean and organize the facility, grounds, and job-sites
- Assist assemblers with the machine builds
- Travel and help perform installations
- Good communication and problem solving
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn is key
- Must have reliable transportation and own hand tools
- Possess personal organizational skills, follow company assembly procedures, maintain assembly documentation properly and accurate time entry
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours and overtime on an as-needed basis
Desired Education and Experience
- No minimum experience in a related field
- Clean driving record
- Basic understanding of hand tools and ability to read a tape measure required
- Basic computer skills preferred
- High level of mechanical aptitude preferred
- Experience reading blueprints preferred
