In addition to overall company growth, we were awarded the 2022 FANUC Innovator of the Year Award for taking a FANUC robot from the factory to the highway to provide a safer and more efficient means of crack sealing.
We are looking for an experienced project manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects in our organization.
Candidates should possess a sense of ownership and pride in their work, a willingness to work as part of a team as well as on their own, and the ability to problem-solve and think critically.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Determine and define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Predict resources needed for projects and develop plans for obtaining and managing resources
- Prepare project budgets based on scope and objectives, and track project costs in order to ensure that projects are completed within budgetary constraints
- Develop and manage a detailed project plan to track progress and ensure that project milestones are met
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers, ensuring that all parties fulfill their obligations in a timely manner
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to schedules or plans in order to meet project objectives
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, and that they meet the requirements of stakeholders
- Report regularly on project progress to stakeholders, highlighting any issues or risks that may impact the project
Desired Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a project manager, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of project management software, such as Microsoft Project or similar tools
- Experience managing contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
- Ability to work well under pressure and to handle multiple projects simultaneously
