Pioneer Industrial Systems is a dynamic and innovative Design and Engineering Firm that is rapidly expanding and seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to join our team. Our company is committed to providing high-quality robotic automation solutions to our clients and customers, and we are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales and Marketing Director who can help us achieve our goals.
As the Sales and Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness. You will be a member of the leadership team to set sales and marketing goals, develop sales and marketing plans, and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners, identifying new business opportunities, and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Establishing and achieving sales targets
Coaching and developing sales team
Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
Analyzing sales data and trends
Collaborating with other departments
Leading and managing the sales team
Developing and implementing sales strategies
Building and maintaining customer relationships
Sales forecasting and planning
Developing and managing budgets
Desired Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in a management role
Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
