21 Vision Testing – Phase 1

We have partnered with Vista Solutions – a leader in vision inspection equipment, to develop a system in our Robotic Maintenance Vehicle.

Using 3D lateral imaging, we will have the ability to scan the road surface that will then generate a robot program path to carry out the designated maintenance tasks. We will also have the means to store the road inspection data collected, that will be mapped using GPS, for additional applications.

Finishing our first phase of vision testing, we have concluded that it is possible to detect, discern, and positionally locate cracks in the varying pavement surfaces.
